Parhelion Investments was an early stage investor in a real estate global public equity fund manager, Ascent Realty, with only $7 million AUM at time of investment, Ascent later changed its name to Ranger Global with now over $1 billion AUM. Ranger manages the Easterly Global Real Estate Fund - symbol JARIX.

Parhelion advised a regional development company on the sale of medical office buildings. The national bidding process brought multiple institutional investors and produced a final closing price 115% of the company's upside goal. The principles were so pleased, they unilaterally increased Parhelion's advisory fee by 50% at closing.
Parhelion provided callable preferred equity to an industrial developer and manager operating in the Southeastern US. The company used positive leverage to dramatically grow its portfolio. Parhelion and the company have partnered in four additional transactions.
Parhelion has made direct equity investments with a partner owner operator that has resulted in the development of both multi-family and suburban office projects. Still in early stages, leasing is ahead of schedule and the long term cash flow is assured.
Parhelion principals are investors in a Qualified Opportunity Zone fund that is delivering assets in North Carolina, Nashville, Denver, Los Angeles, and New York.
